It's then put through our Jayhawk Detox Machine to remove lane oil from the coverstock, and then finished back to box finish using one of our Storm Surface Factory Pro's. The Hot Rod™ HYBRID from STORM™ features their first Reactor™ hybrid (half pearl - half solid) reactive coverstock. This is a great ball for playing down and in and is very forgiving on a house shot. The new Reactor™ coverstock is polished to 1500-grit and is noticeably softer and more versatile than any other. The Hybrid core design is the same used in the Hot Rod™ Pro Stock and Pro Stock Pearl: Multi- Density with Power Mass Technology™.
