The Ballistic / LPSA shops are orientated to the size and demand of the market. We have 5 basic configurations, namely:
Premier
Servicing large tournaments with a very strong league programme. Really big shops where customers can view our stock and receive a personal service. The specialist equipment is the latest and most accurate used in the industry (see BallistEquip). Stock is maintained at a very high level with excellent choices across the spectrum – literally hundreds of bowling balls from pre-owned to the very latest in catalogue – Poly's, Urethanes, complete range of performance reactive and particle balls, Bags across the range, Shoes from entry levels to top end Dexters, Etonic, 3G, Brunswick and others. Our Premier shop is based in Worcester inside Worcester Bowl.
Premium
Designed to support a locality with strong league programmes and occasional tournaments. These shops are of a scale to receive and process customers' requirements on an appointment basis. Our equipment in these shops is highly accurate and would grace the best ProShops in the Country. Stock levels and insert colour choices are more limited however each Premium Shop carries more than 100 Bowling balls, 70 bags, 80 pairs of shoes and a broad supply of accessories. Our Premium shop is based in MFA Bowl Ilkeston.
Retail
These shops are designed to enable our valued customers to source all bowling products and minor ball treatment procedures (insert changes, ball refinishing) and advice. These shops have no drilling capability, however all bowling equipment can be purchased through these outlets, with a typical turnaround of less than one week from date of order. These shops concentrate on more remote drilling solutions. The inventory maintained in these Retail shops is commensurate with the market requirements.
Bowler Support
These are locations where Ballistic have local agents who hold an extensive inventory of consumables to support local centres without Pro Shop facilities. The Bowler support centres receive a visiting service from the Ballistic team revolving around, equipment clinics, promotional and new services.
Affiliate Shops
These are self owned and operated Pro Shops trading under the LPSA or Ballistic brand. These shops are well equipped and stocked with the operator having received technical training from LPSA.
