Our 8 years of operating e-commerce sites as well as a being a consumer, have helped us to understand not only what you are looking for from a functionality, navigation and payment perspective, but also giving you person to person contacts and a commentary on everything we sell.

We give you the option of paying on-line through our secure bank bonded portal, or alternatively as a remote customer by phoning your details through to the contact detail provided in BallistECom.

We set out to deliver the very best value for money and prices through our e-commerce outlets and regularly compare our prices and services with competitors both in the UK as well as Europe and the US.

On the rare occasion where our extensive inventory has been exhausted for a given product we will offer an alternative of equal of greater quality, should the alternative be rejected you will be given the choice of waiting for a re-stocking of the item or a full reimbursement.

Delivery of purchased merchandise shall be via a bonded courier, generally within 7 – 10 days (in mainland UK) from completion of your valued order. Should delivery be delayed for an unforeseen reason, BallistECom will contact you by email. We will explain the situation, likely revised delivery date and other factors that may be material.

For overseas orders we will advise the customer of the additional carriage costs, most likely date of delivery, the mode and name of carriage and if requested, a tracking code reference no.
